Hi all,
  I joined Bill Hubick and Jim Green for a day of birding in
Washington County with a brief foray into Frederick. We put a little
bit of an emphasis on shorebirds and marsh birds, but we still made
out well overall. We ended up with 110 species for the day including
108 in Washington and 20 warbler species (plus hybrids). Here are some
highlights:

   Whip-poor-will
   Black-billed Cuckoo
   Brewster's Warbler--2
   Nashville Warbler
   Blackpoll Warbler
   Black-throated Green Warbler
   Northern Waterthrush
   Blackburnian Warbler
   Yellow-breasted Chat

Broadfording Rd
   Horned Lark
   Bobolink (close out for Bill)
   Meadowlark
   Grasshopper Sparrow
   Savannah Sparrow
   Fox Squirrel

Hagerstown Mall Ponds
    Cedar Waxwing (scarce this year so far)

Hagerstown Airport
     Killdeer
     Pectoral Sandpiper
     Lesser Yellowlegs
     Least Sandpiper
     Spotted Sandpiper
     Solitary Sandpiper
     Red-headed Woodpecker (flyover)

Horseshoe Ln Shorebird Spot
     No Pectorals, Greater Yellowlegs, etc.
     American Pipits entering breeding plumage
