Those of you who bird southeastern Carroll County regularly - would you 
give me some suggestions for publicly-accessible places to visit? I'm 
looking for places where I can get out of the car and walk for extended 
periods. I've been to the main entrance of Piney Run Park, Morgan Run 
NEA, and Morgan Run Access Project off of Klee Mill Road. I've also 
visited a sediment pond across the street from Century High School on 
Ronsdale Road (let's say it wasn't exactly a hot spot). I've heard that 
it's possible to park on some public streets to get access to Liberty 
Reservoir, but which streets? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
