People are beginning to outnumber birds again.  We had confirmed sightings of Leo Weigant, John Hubbell and Jim Moore.  Proper documentation is being submitted to the MD/DC Birders Records Committee.  The birds were less numerous than yesterday because of spotty sunlight and increasing winds.
