I don't know if it was actually considered a "fallout", but it certainly seemed so to me! I had a total of 24 Warblers. The MOURNING WARBLER was in his usual spot. I really hope everyone who went to see this bird, finally did, at least heard it. I know how frustrating it could be, traveling to see a bird that was "just there" or "OH, yesterday was the last day it was seen." Thanks to Rick Cheicante for pointing out the WILSON'S WARBLER (same area as the Mourning) and, please tell me I'm getting his name right- Dave Webb for pointing out the CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLER. Other warblers: YELLOW, MAGNOLIA, BLACKBURNIAN, CERULEAN, BLACK-THROATED GREEN, BLACK-THROATED BLUE, YELLOW-RUMPED, BLACKPOLL, BAY-BREASTED, TENNESSEE, BLUE-WINGED, NORTHERN PARULA, BLACK AND WHITE, AMERICAN REDSTART, PROTHONOTORY, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH, OVENBIRD, CANADA and last but not least YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT. I birded the trails around the picnic area, Rock Run, Lapidum, the Campground area. Also had some nice looks at SWAINSON'S THRUSH and VEERY. Here's to more days like this and good birding!
