Marcy Stutzman and I visited MPEA (Trotter Road) this morning and tallied 48 species. Most of the "good" birds were found between trail markers 11-13 or near the first field as you enter MPEA. Highlights were a few Philadelphia Vireos and 12 warblers (Parula, Magnolia, Black and White, Black-throated Blue, Yellow-throated, Prairie, Wilson's, Hooded, Ovenbird, Louisiana Waterthrush, Yellowthroat and Redstart).
