Hey everyone,

I started the morning at Old Legislative Rd in Allegany County and
worked my way east throughout the day.  Highlights include:

Old Legislative Rd - Allegany County
Blue Grosbeak -- 1 male
Kentucky Warbler -- 2 calling in the southern forested section of the road

North Branch - Allegany County
Cliff Swallow -- many were flying over the WWTP and the surrounding fields
Baltimore Orioles -- 8 seen.

Greenridge Rd - Allegany County
Black-billed Cuckoo -- came into Screech Owl tape
Cerulean Warbler -- 8 birds singing on the ridge top

Little Pool -- Washington County
Prothonotary Warbler -- 1 singing about mid lake on the river side of
the tow path

Rt.15 & Lohr Rd - Frederick County
American Kestrel -- 1 sitting on wire

Sixes Rd - Frederick County
Dickcissel -- 1 singing bird southern end of the road.

Keysville & Hagerstown Rd - Carroll County
Eastern Meadowlark -- 2 birds flew in and disappeared in the grass
American Kestrel -- 2 birds, one sitting on wire while the other was hovering

Baumgardner Rd (near intersection with Bullfrog Rd) - Carroll County
Dickcissel -- 2 birds singing
Grasshopper Sparrow -- 1 bird scoped sitting on top of a thistle not singing
Red-headed Woodpecker -- 1 bird seen flying south across the field

Rt 194 (just north of Sharrett Rd) - Washington County
Savannah Sparrow -- singing in a field on the west side of the road

Sharrett Rd
Dickcissel -- 3 birds singing all on the south side of the road.  2
birds singing just west of the farm with the pond.  1 bird singing
just east of the farm pond.
