A friend of mine from Ellicott City (Baltimore County) walks on Trolley Trail #9 often. She has told me on several occasions and quite recently that she has seen up to two Great Horned Owls. I thought I'd pass along the information. Access is from Westchester Ave onto Strauff Rd which then intersects with the trail. As you turn right (south) on trail, the area where she sees the owls sitting is not to far from intersection and on the right (west).
