I tried for the ibis this evening around 7:15 pm and did not see it.
There were just 3 Solitary Sandpipers and 2 Killdeer at the pond. If
anyone else tries, when you turn onto the private lane, pull off on
the left side of the lane (where there is a gate). I parked on the
right side (as you pull in) and was asked by a resident not to pull
off on that side. I didn't want to block the gate but I was told it
was preferable to park by the gate as it is more "out of the way".
