Today at Hart Miller Island there is an interesting looking Rock Pigeon that is banded. We read the band with our scopes. 
Yellow band with black letters on the left leg.
CCRC 2008 on one side.
106 on the other side.
The band is upside down on the left leg.

We also had the same banded Ring-billed Gull that we saw last week. A 273 on a pink tag on the left wing.
