Hi all,
 
  This morning as I looked out while eating breakfast, I noticed a small, yellow green bird among the many Grackles, House Sparrows, Cardinals,Morning Doves that patronize my front yard feeder platform- a Budgie!  
I figure it is an escapee, as it fed with the other birds, and then flew off.  Can I count it as a new county bird??
