Following up with what Rob is saying, Comcast subscribers could also
consider getting a secondary e-mail address at gmail, yahoo, etc and using
that as their subscribed e-mail address to MDOsprey. If anyone would like
to change their subscription options or substitute a new e-mail address for
their Comcast address, just let me know and I'll be happy to take care of it
for you.

Following up with what Norm is saying, Comcast subscribers should consider
changing their subscription setting to "nomail", and reading MDOsprey at the
archive site.  This way you can still post to the list, your email inbox
doesn't have quite so many items, and you won't be automatically
unsubscribed by the system.  This is what I have been doing for many years;
in fact the last time I went off nomail was 6 years ago.
