That sounds best, public lot, plain view, giving someone a slight heads up, I assume you walk to the fence, near the old terminal?  I didn't feel comfortable parking in a private lot and trespassing.  Thought I was safe off a public road, obviously, I was wrong and agreeably, know why I raised suspicion.
