Birded Rockburn hoping to come up with some early migrants or interesting youngsters. I did find a fledgling YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT up by the "haunted house". An OVENBIRD and a few expected residents up in the pine woods but it was fairly slow. Plenty of fungus and misc. wildlife to see though.

I also went to Meadowbrook looking for herons and/or flyover anything. The butterflies were abundant! It is nice to reminisce about how hard it was to sort out the birds when I started birding....now I am trying with the skippers and the duskywings!

A duskywing that was very photogenic! Not identified as of yet :)
