Went to the conservancy yesterday and was a little disappointed in the warbler activity (basically none)! One YELLOW WARBLER. The most amazing experience was number of AMERICAN GOLDFINCH....hard to count but at least 60-70 or more. EASTERN BLUEBIRDS also with an estimate of 30 or so.
Sparrow habitat is looking good! FIELD SPARROW, CHIPPING and SONG.
A flycatcher that appeared to be a Pewee but had a slight widening eye ring behind the eye. not even a chip note for help.

I also found what I believe is a Monkey Slug caterpillar!
