HI all,

A very birdy day at Turkey Point early Saturday morning. Joined Monroe Harden part of the morning. I was doing a screech owl whistling to get the warblers down from the top and heard chickadee and titmice commotion at cliff edge near parking lot and heard the owl pretty close below somewhere down there. Bunch of chickadee, titmice and gnatcatchers making lots of commotion down there.

Very cool to see early migrants including Merlin about a mile north of state park around 615am going after the blackbird, Red-breasted Nuthatch near hawkwatch site and a Cape May Warbler at first patch of woods away from parking lot.
