Not to flood MDOSPREY with responses to a technical problem, but perhaps reply to me directly at harryarmistead at hotmail dot com  I can then perhaps post a summary.  After my previous unit went out of allignment 3X Swarovski sent me a replacement at no charge.  Now that has gone out of allignment.  No one else I've talked to with Swarovskis has had this problem, which has never been caused by impact damage.  What's been your experience?  Otherwise, I love these binoculars.
