Maryland birder Chris Murray was doing some banding / research in
Costa Rica recently.  Apparently, he found a good bird while he out
birding one day. The decision is in, Chris writes...

"...I just heard back from the Costa Rica records com. Apparently my
white-crowned pigeon photo is the first accepted record for the
country! So cool."

So cool indeed! Congratulations Chris.

In other news, had a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher across the street this
AM in West Annapolis!!!
