I have had the opportunity to bird in Worcester County on six days since late August.  Highlights below for the record (and photo links) in chronolgocial order.  Any data base references subject to R. Ringler's correction... 



08-27 

Assateague Island/Bayside/Point (w/Stasz) 

Merlin - 1 (third earliest fall record in the data base) 



Assateague Island/Bayside/Inland 

Black Tern - 1 



Assateague Island/Causeway 

Northern Shoveler - 4 (second earliest) 



Assateague Island/State Park (marsh south of Causeway)

09-03 

Ocean City Inlet (Hurricane Earl, w/multiple observers, Jim Brighton already posted the highlights, and I managed to not adequately see a SOTE again...).

Assateague Island/Causeway (because the Island was closed until about 0710, the cars were allowed to park on the causeway and the heron/egret show was great):
