Hi all --

When the rain stopped (around 2 PM) we headed over to Wheaton Regional Park
to see if any birds might be showing themselves. Did primarily the area east
of the train station and also, walked around Pine Lake. Only one area was
active but it had a nice selection considering the conditions, as it
started to rain again. Had 9 species of warbler plus three vireos and a
Least Flycatcher.

Birds of interest:

Great Blue Heron - 1 (might have an injured leg)
Green Heron - 1
Red-shouldered Hawk - 2
Belted Kingfisher - 1
Eastern Wood-pewee - 10
Eastern Phoebe - 1
LEAST FLYCATCHER - 1
Red-eyed Vireo - 10
Warbling Vireo - 1
Yellow-throated Vireo - 1
Black-and-White Warbler - 4
BLUE-WINGED WARBLER - 1
Magnolia Warbler - 1
Nashville Warbler - 1
Northern Parula - 2
NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH - 1
American Redstart - 4
TENNESSEE WARBLER - 1
Common Yellowthroat - 8
Baltimore Oriole - 1
