Jim Moore found a juvenile Connecticut Warbler on the trail that runs on the
western side of the impoundments this morning at Hughes Hollow, Lydia
Schindler, Linda Friedland and I went back with Jim but couldn't find it
again. There was a lot of activity at Hughes Hollow this morning, other
warblers included Yellow-throated (Jim), Chestnut-sided, Parula, Redstart,
Yellowthroat, Black and white and a Yellow-rumoed (FOS for me), other birds
of note included Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Scarlet Tanager and 2 Lincoln's
Sparrows. There were 30 Great Egrets as well.
