Hi Everyone,
A friend of mine is a wildlife rehabilitator here in Pasadena, Maryland. She told on Monday that I should stop by because she had a very special bird. Who could resist? Last time I was there I had a Flying Squirrel climbing all over me!
I was greeted by a tiny, in-hand juvenile SORA. It had wandered into the open door of a real estate agency in Elkridge, Maryland. Unlike the two others she's taken in over many years, this bird was in fine shape and should be back in the wild by the time of this writing.
