Jim Stasz reported a Red Knot on eBird but I couldn't find any record of it on
MDOsprey. Anyway, the bird, or perhaps a different one, was present at the North
Beach Marsh this morning. At first it was on the mud flat directly across from
the small parking area by the gate. Then it flew off to the far south side of
the marsh. Conditions are excellent for shorebirds. Tons of Snowy Egrets and
Semipalmated Plovers as well as a nice variety of peeps and both yellowlegs.
Couldn't relocate Jim's female shoveler.
