I took the liberty of emailing Paul Lehman and Jon Dunn for comments on the
possible Cassin's Sparrow at Pt. Lookout. Below are Paul's comments. Looking
good! Nice find Mikey!!!

Hi Tyler,
Yep, looks reasonable to me!! Overall shape, long tail, good-sized bill, and
bland plumage all look like the correct genus. And overall color and what seems
like a few dark streaks on the flanks just behind the leg are good for Cassin's
(plus, realistically, Cassin's is by FAR the most likely candidate!!). The
blurry flight shot suggests there might be small white corners to the tail,
which is another character of Cassin's. Good one!!
I am currently still at Gambell, but head home to San Diego tomorrow after being
here 5 weeks. Best bird was North America's Blyth's Reed Warbler, or so we
believe. Other goodies included Yellow-browed Warbler, Dusky Warbler, Rustic
Bunting, Little Gull, and Tennessee and Mourning (!) Warblers.
