Patty, Marty, Dan Haas, George Jett and myself observed the bird (with considerable patience and effort) several times between 1120 and 1150 or so. I got some ok photos and Dan got some great photos. It is like looking for a mouse. When last seen bird was flushed into large patch of vegetation near restrooms. Many thanks to Mikey (and today to Patty Craig).

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Cassin's at Pt. Lookout at 1030
Patty Craig just called me to say that they (not entirely sure who they was
other than that she was with Marty Cribb) had the Cassin's Sparrow at Pt.
Lookout near the lighthouse. It was inside the second fence on the river side of
the point near a tree stump. There's only one tree stump in there. She said it
flew out to the rocks near one of the cement cubes. Jane Kostenko, Marty Cribb,
Dan Haas, Mark Hoffman, George Jett and I were there until around 9 when most of
us left Mark and George.
She had to hang up because it had popped up again. D'oh.
