Tom Jones found a good one at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in DC today - a Western Kingbird.  I showed up and snapped a few pics - Tom was still there and refound the bird for - many thanks!!

There are no eBird records for this bird.  I looked on the DC Review list and didn't see this bird on there - have there been DC records for this bird?
