Jane Kostenko and I relocated the adult male Yellow-headed Blackbird near 
Trossbach's Farm between Brown Road and Cornfield Harbor Road perched on a 
phone/power pole on Rt. 5. The bird was associating exclusively with 
Brown-headed Cowbirds and not with the abundant Euro. Starlings. We found the 
bird at 10:15 and took some distant photos just before the whole flock took off 
toward Long Neck Road and disappeared. We tried relocating them but couldn't 
find any starlings, cowbirds, RWBBs for anything! 


Looks like an excellent day at the point with lots of raptors moving.
