Yesterday I birded Washington County with my brothers Mike and Tom. We 
started out at Blairs Valley Lake where the passerines were especially 
active and then we spent most of the rest of the day looking for 
arriving waterfowl. An impromptu hawk watch at Fort Frederick SP was 
pretty busy and it was hard to stop because we felt like a flyover 
Golden Eagle or Northern Goshawk was almost a matter of time. It was 
enjoyable and interesting to see the Red-taileds moving through, about 
one every five minutes.

I'm also posting to say that I've almost tied Mark Hoffman in total ticks. He chased the Say's Phoebe on Friday because he wanted to stay one ahead of me.
