Hi all --

Really large movement of birds into the park today (plus some exits) --
sparrows especially were everywhere, although Chippings had declined from
yesterday. Still some neotropicals hanging out -- for now.  No obvious
diurnal migration, only a few Robins, Jays and a handful of overhead raptors
during the morning.

Northern Flicker - 10
Eastern Phoebe - 2
Golden-crowned Kinglet - 20+
Ruby-crowned Kinglet - 6
Hermit Thrush - 1
BLUE-HEADED VIREO - 2 (together)
Winter Wren - 6
RED-BREASTED NUTHATCH - 2
BLACK-THROATED BLUE WARBLER - 1 (male)
Palm Warbler - 1 (yellow)
Myrtle Warbler - 1-2
COMMON YELLOWTHROAT - 1 (adult female)
FOX SPARROW - 4
Song Sparrow - 70+
Swamp Sparrow - 3
White-throated Sparrow - 75+
WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW - 2 (imm.)
Field Sparrow - 3
Chipping Sparrow - 15
Dark-eyed Junco - 150+ (!)
