Hi --

After several days with no or perhaps one solitary Siskin at our feeders,
just now we have a visitation from 9-10 (or perhaps more, as they are coming
and going) PINE SISKINS at the thistle feeders (the type I posted on a week
or so ago). They are also enjoying our little water feature.

I would not be surprised if they leave as suddenly as they appeared, just a
flock on migration that was attracted to the bird activity and dropped in
for lunch!

Yesterday we had a nice FOX SPARROW come in with 4-5 White-throats but he
has not appeared today.

We have not seen a Purple Finch for about 4-5 days now, either at our
feeders or at Wheaton Park.
