FYI- The Purple Sandpiper was still at Ft McHenry this afternoon. I ran into Joel Martin and we began looking, and Joel spotted it as we came around the point of the sea wall. Later on, John Dennehy, Kevin Graff, and Leslie Starr viewed the bird as well. It stayed in that same area, around the point (or bend) of the sea wall. It seems to like to sneak in and out of the rip rap and allows people to get very close! Really neat. Thanks Keith for the detailed location tip.
