Sorry Norm, I know this isn't bird related but it's been happening with alarming 
frequency on a variety of online email hosts. 


No, it's an email address that has been hijacked. My wife's hotmail account got 
infected and it took weeks for the morons at Microsoft to fix it. Since this is 
happening so frequently, you'd think that they'd be able to deal with it 
effectively. Anyway, when I see this kind of post on the lists that I moderate, 
I set the infected account to Review which blocks them from posting directly. 
It's often a one and done kind of thing but sometimes they become unknowing 
repeat offenders. When you see a non-sensical web address only in an email just 
delete it. Be sympathetic, it could easily happen to you if you use Hotmail, 
MSN, Gmail or Yahoo. Doesn't matter how good your virus/spam protection is 
either.
