Hi MD Osprey:

FYI ... the message, below, is a cross-post from Birdchat.

Loggerhead Shrike is already a MD/DC Records Committee "review
species" so hopefully any MD/DC sightings would be widely reported
and documented, anyway.

(Northern Shrike was removed from the MD/DCRC Review List quite a few
years ago since they had become virtually annual winter visitors.
Loggerhead Shrike was subsequently added to the Review List because
of its dwindling and threatened status.)

Thanks.

Phil
