Still there at 3:00pm.  When I was there, visible only from visitor 
center area--not the bridge (I needed to go down to the pier area at the 
shore to get a good angle).  With Bufflehead but not easy to pick out 
through heat haze at 60x.  Near shore of peninsula that's on the right 
as you look towards the bridge.

Earlier today had the second merlin of the year perched in my yard.  A 
female this time.
