The absolute best way to communicate in this 
situation is via FRS 2-way radio -- this way 
everyone can hear all communications at the same 
time, directly from the source. I was surprised 
that nobody else had radios yesterday (Wed). If 
you have more than one radio (they are sold in 
pairs) bring them and pass out the extras!

Use channel 11-22.
