Both incidents are very disturbing.  Might be a good idea to let animal control or local law enforcement know about this sort of thing.  I'm pretty sure these activities fall into the realm of animal cruelty.

Don't know what caused that but years ago, saw a teenager plow his suv to a 

flock of gulls on the parking lot and killed a quite a few birds. - Kevin Graff.

This morning at the Ocean City parking lot there were approximately a dozen

dead gulls.They were in a group and they had all been disemboweled. There

were several Ruddy Turnstones walking around them but no predators. Gruesome

sight. Any one have an idea what happened.
