I saw the Northern Shrike at Pickering Creek Audubon Sanctuary this afternoon in almost exactly the same spot described by Zach and Jim today. It was a little further out in the field and a scope was required to satisfactory views but I saw it very well perched on several different small pine trees from 4:10 until 4:30 pm when it dove down into the grass and did not come up again. The bird could be seen equally well from Presquile Rd or Audubon Ln. The coordinates were: 38.858463,-76.1294
