The young male Harlequin Duck was seen by several of  us  this  afternoon.
Thanks  to Keith Costley for this  third record in Baltimore. After waiting
about an hour it came into view , from a cove to the west, and then swam
directly in front of us, past the T shapped pier, and swimming into Anne
Arundel County.  At one point it was about 15 yards  away.
