A friend of a friend has a "vulture problem."  He live in a rural house surrounded by pines, and a large group of vultures frequently roosts around the house-- as many as 200.  They are noisy and smelly neighbors.  Is there any way to convince these birds to hang out somewhere else? 



I understand the site is southern PA (extralimital), so responses can be offlist unless you think the vulture problem has general interest.
