If my memory is correct, Chestertown had an unwanted vulture roost in the 
patch of woods on the way into town just after you crossed the bridge going 
into town on Rt. 213 North ... right where the gas stations are.  I think I 
remember that someone "found" a dead vulture and they strung it up in one of 
the trees.  The vultures moved on.

I am certain someone from Chestertown has a better recall of the facts and 
can enlighten us and me.
