I stopped at Fort Armistead Park at 3:45 this afternoon and found the
Harlequin Duck under the concrete pier in Anne Arundel Co. Moments later,
after another birder named Hillary arrived, the Harlequin paddled into
Baltimore, then turned and went back.
I think he winked at me. ; )
