The bird was seen today around 12:30pm in the narrow channel on the near side of the point. It was associating with a small group of Canvasback and Ruddy Duck. After about 15 minutes, the Harley swam out of the channel, right past a group of about 10 delighted birders, and paddled out of sight around the point.

A beatutiful bird, which we had dipped on yesterday!
