Hi Everyone,

Good news. Bill Sherman and Jim MacConnell observed the LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE at Pickering Creek on Saturday afternoon (1/15). Please see below for details.

... "Jim MacConnell and I saw the Loggerhead Shrike at about 3 p.m. yesterday at Pickering.  It was in the large field off of Presquile Rd (where it had been seen most recently) foraging from a row of small trees and bushes in the middle of the field.  There was also a hunter in a blind in the field with lots of geese decoys scattered around his blind.  The bird was far to the left of that blind."
