We arrived at Ft. Armistead at 9:25 this morning and finally saw the HARLEQUIN DUCK at 10:10, on the far left edge of our sightline. It was at a point where there are four short metal pilings. It swam to the right and spent a little time just past the first set of bridge supports in open water as seen from that perspective. It flew back to the left and disappeared again behind the point.
