On the other hand, this winter has brought us an Anna's Hummingbird, 
a Golden-crowned Sparrow and a White-winged Dove and nearby a Northern Wheatear. 
Who knows what will show up on the February pelagic. Like in Monty Python's "The 
Life of Brian", always look on the bright side of life! ;)

I hope that were to turn out to be true but the NWS is saying the opposite. 
Due to the La Nina and other factors, they believe the current cold and 
stormy pattern will persist in the northeast through March and well into 
April, bringing us a late spring.
