YMOS group spent some time in Worcester county today checking out interesting birds seen recently, as well as scouting for the talbot co bird club trip tomorrow. Few birds of note:

35 Common Eiders, 2 Harlequin Ducks (pair), 3 White-winged Scoters, and 2 imm. Great Cormorants at the OC Inlet.

The Clay-colored Sparrow showed nicely at the intersection of Mason and 113. Parked next to run down building for sale and found bird sitting in a big messy bush on side of house there. Perched for most of the time hanging out with it's House Sparrow buddies…but also would feed on the ground next to it's favorite beer can.
