Hi all,  the Director of Parks in Baltimore City has asked for help with the 
problem of thousands of crows roosting in large trees in the City.  I've 
basically told him, "Good luck" and referred him to the Cornell "Frequently 
Asked Questions About Crows" website for an education on this fascinating 
bird....and to a Humane Society site regarding gentle harassment.   However, it 
is becoming a public health problem and I was wondering whether anyone had some 
humane and legal advice.
