Just got a phone call--Brad Cernohorsky, Jackie Cooper and Ron Gutberlet found a Ruff at Truitt's Landing this morning.  The bird was first found at the end of the road, probing in the mud.  It flew over into the marsh a few minutes later.  Thay have digiscope and video pics.
