I went to Fort Armistead Park today with Judy & Mark Scarff to see the
Harlequin Duck. After a half hour or so it flew in and settled in with the
Canvasbacks for a few minutes before flying to the middle of the river. It
spent some time diving there before flying back close by us and settling in
under the piers to the right. We later saw it again diving near the piers.
