Hi all --

Barry and I went down to kenilworth Aquatic gardens (KAG) in DC this 
morning in hopes of running into some of the good birds Mike Bowen saw 
on Wednesday. A little more dark and cold than we had hoped -- but we 
did see the BLACK-CAPPED CHICKADEE alng the boardwalk -- just 
beyond the split -- but not the Fox Sp. or Orange-crowned. A couple of 
Swamp Sparrows and a Brown Creeper were about, however.

Other birds of interest included 4 fly-over Common Mergansers and two 
Killdeer braving the ice on the Anacostia.
