Hi All,

The winds were pretty strong out on Haines Point this afternoon, but I decided to try and see some of the good birds Paul and others have recently found.  At extreme SW point, feeding with a large (25) flock of Tufted Titmouse was a/the PINE WARBLER.  It was right out in the open feeding in the bare Cypress Trees with the Titmouse and a Brown Creeper.  Making our way down the Drive to the second restroom - right on cue was a most cooperative Black-capped Chickadee flitting about just north of the restrooms.

Closer to home (well, my home anyway) at the McMillan Reservoir were the 2 Canvassbacks (male & female), but the recent nice flocks of Ring-necked Ducks and Lesser Scaup have flown off.  But since it seems like the species composition changes daily on the water, I look forward to seeing what flies in tonight and adding them to my nearly daily eBird reports for the Reservoir.

Good birding everybody!
